Gostaria de interromper a seqüência de reflexões sobre o trabalho do Stênio para inclinar nosso foco ao jovem talentoso Arlindo Lima. O sensível poeta, audacioso compositor e virtuoso músico paraense tem em suas veias uma criatividade ímpar, que se manifesta em seus textos e suas canções de maneira inspiradora.
Para se ter idéia de seu raro talento, antes ainda de completar os 20 anos de idade, Arlindo escreveu uma belíssima cantata sobre os Profetas Menores. Passeou pelos pequenos e muitas vezes esquecidos livros do final do Velho Testamento e compilou em 13 canções, com muita sensibilidade poética e musical, o rico conteúdo ali contido.
Produzido por Jorge Camargo e Nelson Bomilcar, o trabalho ficou lindo. Merece ser apreciado. Mais recentemente, Arlindo, já morando no estado de São Paulo, lança seu segundo CD “Canções do Arraial”. Produzido por ele mesmo, o álbum traz canções congregacionais deliciosas, marcadas pela riqueza de conteúdo teológico e brasilidade dos ritmos. Um verdadeiro oásis para quem aprecia a música popular cristã brasileira.
